Ways To Cope When Everything Feels Like It’s Falling Apart

We forget to trust ourselves when we go through things because we forget how far we’ve come and how much situations we made it out of. The biggest thing when going through a storm of emotions is to always remember to focus on the things you can control and being patient.

Find Peace In The Storm

Don’t wait till the end of a storm to smile, find ways within your hardship to help bring you calm; or like they say in French “un petit plasir”, give all your senses a little treat. For Example Listen to positive music, take a nice bath, go out with friends, explore new experiences and places.

Storms come and go, don’t put your life on a standstill because you feel as though things have to be better to do anything., Always find the positive in any “bad”situation.

Manifest Your Day

Teach your brain. Have something you tell yourself something positive everyday and make it a routine. It could be whenever you wake up and before you go to bed. For example I always Thank God for waking up in the morning; and at night before Bed I thank him for the day I had regardless of how I feel and how it went. Find Your reassuring words.

A Setback Is Always a Lesson

In the worst situations you need to always look at it as a learning curve. Life is not a straight line, it will have its ups and downs. How you react is what’s important. When you’re let down or fail etc always find a lesson to learn from it.

Defeat is only bad when you feel defeated. Always look at the cup full and not half empty, it could be a door for new opportunities. It’s a chance for you to come out stronger.
