My aim this year is to make my apartment feel warm and cozy during this holiday season. Here are a few ideas on how I will be achieving this.

Making my apartment feel like a home during the festive season

Christmas Tree
Having a Christmas tree during the holiday season is a must. It brings the holiday spirit and allows you to bring out your individuality and taste through ornaments, decor and lights. This year I added dried orange and lemons slices which I created myself.

Garlands
I added garlands around my kitchen counter and around my tv area; it helps bring that warm fuzzy holiday feeling. Whenever I sit down to watch tv I’m always convinced to put on a Christmas movie.

Holiday Candles
Nothing beats candles, especially holiday candles! There are so many holiday scents that are so nostalgic and memorable that transports your apartment into a Christmas intimate feel.
