Working From Home: Staying fit and maintaining a Healthy routine
I work from home on most days and as an ambivert (a mix of an introvert & extrovert). It has been amazing however it’s easy to fall into bad habits. I have to discipline myself to help keep a healthy strict routine.
Staying Active
I recently adopted a pet who has helped me be stern with staying active and breaking my lazy patterns.
I walk my dog at least three times a day and it assigns me time off my phone and allows me to embrace nature; which has improved my mental health extensively.

Home Decor
Working from home has allowed me to invest in my home space. I use to spend most of my work day outside the home but since then I have achieved my goal of making my home feel more cozy.
It is important to have a space around you that you admire, because your space reflects your mind and therefore it motivates you to operate and carry on with your daily routines .
It makes a huge difference when your Pinterest board becomes your home.
Indulging in hobbies
I love that my job allows me to to manage my own time, this allows me to indulge in hobbies that I didn’t have time for. During my spare times I can now be more consistent with my blogs, paint, and I recently tapped into graphic design.
